Service is for 24 hours (day and night) with a minimum fee of 3 days.

Service is broken down as night hours and day hours. Overnight is from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and daytime is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Price below is a guideline and may be adjusted as needed.

What services do you offer?
We provide comprehensive 24-hour housesitting services. Our pet sitting services are also available, ensuring your pets receive the care they need while you’re away. We cater to various types of pets and can accommodate specific requests to meet your needs.
How do I book your services?
Simply fill out the contact form on our website. Specify your desired dates for housesitting and the types of pets you need care for, and we will get back to you promptly.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve most of Fairfax County. We will consider going beyond our normal service area, depending on the duration of the service time requested. Our goal is to provide reliable housesitting and pet care services to as many clients as possible, ensuring their homes and pets are safe and happy.
Are you good with both cats and dogs?
Yes, Patricia and Jeff have been pet owners to both cats and dogs and have experience taking care of both. They use pet care and housesitting best practices. We always have a pre-meeting with your pets (and you) to make sure they are as comfortable with us as we are with them. We will also go over routines for food, outside time, and bedtime, ensuring a worry-free experience for everyone involved.
What if my pet has special needs?
We understand that some pets may have special needs or require additional care. Please inform us of any specific requirements when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them. We are experienced in handling various pet needs and can provide tailored care.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if you cancel at least 45 days before your scheduled service and a 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days beforehand. Because we set aside time specifically for you, which means we may have to say no to others, there is no refund if you have to cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled service.
