NOTE: PJs Housesitting Service has a minimum fee of $240-400 depending on the service requested.

After you complete the contact form, we will reach out to you with an estimate.

If you agree to the estimate, we will set up a pre-meet before the time of service. This lets us get to know each other a bit more. It also allows us to get to know your pets and to let them get to know us. Our goal is to ensure that your pets feel safe and comfortable with us while you are away.

After the pre-meet, you would pay a 50% deposit to secure the dates for your service.

During the service, you will receive frequent updates on how things are going back at home.

The remaining 50% of the payment would be due on the last day of service.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

The cost associated with cancellation is not a penalty, but a portion of the lost income PJ’s Housesitting Service will incur as a result of allotting time and a part of the schedule to perform these services for a client as opposed to a third party. In the event of a verifiable emergency or sudden illness, PJ’s Housesitting Service may offer flexibility or credit toward future Services, at our discretion.

If client cancels services with less than 21 days notice, then the 50% deposit is non-refundable

Cancellations of services with less than 48 hours notice are subject to the full fee.
